About Us

TeleDoctor was birthed on 07/10/2023 out of our own personal struggles to access timely healthcare and to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare providers using technology. We always believe in using technology to solve real-life problems and help humanity. During Covid-19, we mobilized lot of resources in terms of Equipment, Medicines, Tele-consultations, Transportation and Medical Infrastructure. Our association in giving healthcare services in remote areas, assisting our own elderly parents and family members to get healthcare assistance from home, made us to believe and venture into using technology to help healthcare needs of people from anywhere anytime. We come across doctors who are dedicated to provide genuine care and consultation for needy patients. On the other hand we come across patients who desperately wish to consult a Doctor who will be able to treat them at an affordable cost, from their home. TeleDoctor is meeting this felt need. TeleDoctor Facilitation Centers are designed to bridge the gap between virtual and in-person healthcare with the help of Care Workers or Health Workers. TFCs are equipped with basic medical equipments for virtual consultations, ensuring you to connect with specialists. Trained Care Workers and Health Care and technical professionals or facilitators are available on-site to assist with the technical aspects of your consultation, provide basic health screenings, and facilitate any necessary diagnostic tests. Services received at the facilitation centers are seamlessly integrated into your profile, keeping your health records up to date.

TeleDoctor Facilitation Centers are designed to bridge the gap between virtual and in-person healthcare. Each center is equipped with technology for virtual consultations, ensuring you to connect with specialists. Trained healthcare and technical professionals are available on-site to assist with the technical aspects of your consultation, provide basic health screenings, and facilitate any necessary diagnostic tests. Lab Requisitions

Obtaining lab requisitions, and uploading of necessary laboratory tests is made hassle-free. TeleDoctor physician can electronically give a lab test requisition to you directly or to a partnered laboratory near you.

Prescriptions

With TeleDoctor, securing your prescriptions has never been easier. Schedule an online consultation at your convenience to discuss your health concerns with our TeleDoctors. If a prescription is necessary, our TeleDoctor will electronically send it to you or to your preferred TeleDoctor partnered pharmacies as soon as the consultation is over. If partnered local pharmacies are available in your location then you can choose to pick up your medication at a local pharmacy or opt for home delivery.
